Great Service Manager and support staff. Only problem I had was the mechanic changed my oil and left oil hand prints on the inside outside of the doors, on the hood, on the seats,and didn't try to get it off and I have a while car with white interior. He should have worn P.P.E. to keep my car the same as when it came to the shop.

Don’t travel from out of town to this dealership and avoid working with manager Gina Plomboy! Salesperson was responsive over text and answered questions but gave false information. They had good listing price on the car but then have a bunch of hidden fees, when it comes to purchasing including Safeshield, Stargard, and doc fees. Gina gave false assurance that she would remove the Stargard charge but at the time of purchase she refused to sell the vehicle without this charge. I don’t know if every dealership packs on the “up-front” add-ins or not, but this one does!! make sure to ask about the $700 “document fee,” the $700 “paint” add-on, the interest you’ll pay for your state registration, etc.
BUYER BEWARE!! your “sales price” is not what you will pay for your vehicle!!

Great service department!! I drive an hour one way to get there for the wonderful repair service along with the outstanding customer service. It truly makes a difference in this economy to have a dealership welcome you in for repairs of an older model vehicle & not hound you to purchase new. Saying that, having a wonderful experience with service has me moving towards buying from them as well.
Anna was amazing! This was my first time buying from a car lot and she made the experience as easy as possible for me. She made sure I had all the documents I needed, even helped me figure out how to get some of them. With my anxiety issues I was afraid that I would be a wreck, but her calm and sure demeanor kept me calm and made me feel so much more confident about my decision! Just purchased a 2021 Yukon AT4, and I love it. We drove 7 hours to purchase our new car for our growing family, the staff was warm and welcoming when we came in and James was a wonderful salesman to work with (James needs a raise, btw). Rick was also great to work with and it was comforting having these two explain all the details to us. I recommend Brownsville Express Chevrolet to anyone without hesitation.

I went to get my oil changed as usual, but didn’t think I would be leaving in a new car. Mr. David Prine is the absolute best!!! He went above and beyond to get me into a vehicle that fit me and my budget. David is not only an excellent salesman, but an amazing person. I love my 2023 Chevy trailblazer!!! I would definitely recommend going to see him.

It was a great experience first time I gotten a car and I didn't feel pressured to do anything nor do I feel that I didn't make the right choice when buying the truck that I wanted for my mom and I am extremely pleased with the customer service makes me feel like we're all a big happy family and I'm glad that I'm able to afford the truck that I got it was a 2018 GMC white Canyon that has great mileage on it.

We stopped in here after my car lost power and the engine light came on while driving from Memphis back to Knoxville. They took my vehicle right back and thank goodness it was a minor problem and got us back on the road in less than 30 minutes . Wonderful customer service! I cannot say thank you enough.
